Inspired by WGSN forecasts suggesting nature aesthetics and striking animal stripes, the designs use dramatic scale to transform a classic botanical print into a bold interpretation of McQueen's identity. 

Before developing my garment, I spent hours analyzing WGSN trend forecasts and researching the dark, edgy aesthetic of Alexander McQueen to adhere to McQueen’s design philosophy while simultaneously integrating upcoming trend forecasts. Scarlet includes an empire waistline, puffed cap sleeves, and my digitally printed textile, “Rose Rhapsody” implemented as bias tape.
